a. Ms Hungahunga is censured (s 83 (1)(b)); and
b. A fine of $300 (s. 83(1)(c); and
c. A contribution towards the costs of the Tribunal and CAC in the sum of $1,000 to be divided evenly between the Tribunal and the CAC (s. 83(1)(e)(ii),(iii) and (iv)).
