Social Workers Disciplinary Tribunal

Upcoming hearings are published publicly and are subject to change. Hearings are generally held in public. The Tribunal may order that part or all of the hearing be held in private.

The Tribunal writes an order that is given to the complainant and the social worker. Once the social worker receives the order, it comes into effect unless a later date is provided. 

The Tribunal considers serious complaints about social workers usually when the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) refers a matter to it for a formal decision.
