(a) Between 12 October 2015 and 11 April 2016 and from 1 July 2016 to 5 September 2017, was employed or engaged as a social worker without a current practising certificate; and (b) this conduct amounts to conduct that is unbecoming of a social worker and reflects adversely on his fitness to practise as a social worker pursuant to s82(1)(b) of [the Act].
